Hormone Balance Mentorship includes in-depth discussions about the necessity of balanced hormones, especially in midlife and beyond. Imbalanced hormones negatively affect the function of our bodies - from metabolism to stress and anxiety levels. Typically, at midlife, women start to experience perimenopausal symptoms and eventually menopausal symptoms. This hormonal period can be difficult to understand and manage without knowledge about the interconnectedness of body, mind, and emotions. You will learn about options for medical and mental health support. In addition, create helpful tips to track what works best for you.
Healthcare Advocacy encourages and empowers women to advocate for themselves with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals. In doing so, you can confidently ask for clarification and what you want. To communicate effectively, you must understand your condition and the information needed to make decisions for your care. You will be empowered to speak freely with your healthcare providers, understand your diagnoses and treatment plan suggestions, and learn how to navigate the healthcare system.

Life Transition Coaching offers a collaborative, strengths-based approach for women making major transitions such as career change, empty nesting, separation or divorce, geographic relocation, self-care, and setting boundaries. If you are questioning your next steps, perhaps it might be time to change course. Fortunately, you are not alone. Life Transition Coaching can help you to address your current position, create a vision of where you want to go, and develop an action plan for getting there.
Addiction Mindset Coaching gives you positive guidance and support and sets you up with attainable goals for short and long-term success. Addiction Mindset Coaching provides tools to assist you with staying the course and managing triggers that could hinder your long-term recovery. You must be in at least your second year of sobriety and seeking a coach to keep you accountable to the established goals.
